In our relentless pursuit to help you discover strategies to transform your business and deliver personal and engaging customer experiences, Nordic Morning will be out in force at the Adobe Summit 2019 in London May 14 to 16. It’s Europe's largest Digital Business Conference, and gives us the tools, processes and inspiration to help you navigate the complexities, technologies and organisational challenges you face every day.
As an Adobe Certified Partner specializing in analytics, we will also attend the pre-conference Partner Day with Adobe. At Partner Day, we'll get a more technical look under the hood at Adobe’s newest product releases, and we’ll learn how we can innovate and create amazing experiences together with our joint customers.
If you are also attending the event, we’d love to catch-up with you and buy you a drink (or two!), talk strategy, and figure out ways we can work together to best address your customer experience challenges. Reach out to us and book a time!
Our delegation of 16 Nordic Morning experts will be a good mix of people representing our offering areas in Service Design, Data Driven Content and Data & Martech. Our offering areas, combined with our value proposition of ‘making the world a better experience’ ties in nicely with Adobe’s mission to provide the software to manage all these experiences. Some of us have attended the Summit for eight consecutive years, and have watched the event grow from 700 to 6,500 delegates. We have also followed Adobe’s journey in the creation of the Experience Cloud. This year, we’re looking forward to seeing how Adobe and their partners can further support marketers to extend the value of their existing investments and bring sales and marketing into tighter alignment.
Earlier this year, Adobe globally released what it’s calling the Customer Experience Platform, an overarching infrastructure that encompasses all of its tools for marketers. In releasing the Experience Platform, the company also planted its flag firmly in the Customer Data Platform (CDP) arena. With this, Adobe wants to solve the big challenges facing all digital marketers to integrate an ever-increasing number of data sources into a single customer view, helping you to capitalize on an ever-increasing list of channels. During the Summit, Adobe will showcase this and all additional features for nearly every product under that umbrella. There will be more than 150 sessions and hands-on labs across twelve tracks to help us learn more about them, and how to use them to their full potential to create awesome customer experiences.
We also expect to hear a lot about the integration of last year’s big acquisitions of Marketo (a business-to-business marketing automation software) and the Magento e-commerce platform. Together with Microsoft and LinkedIn, Adobe will bring the power of social network-generated data directly into Marketo. The inclusion of Marketo in the Marketing Cloud has made for an interesting new buzzword from Adobe – Business to Everything (B2E). B2E essentially means larger than B2C (business to consumer) and B2B (business to business). Magento will now form the latest cloud addition with the Commerce Cloud leveraging an ecosystem of more than 300,000 developers.
Technology aside, the Adobe Summit is also about the people and the everyday challenges they have faced and solved. The event provides a great opportunity to not only listen to different cases provided in the Keynotes and break-out sessions, but also to have one-to-one conversations with your peers in the industry. At daily social events, we’ll have a chance to connect with people from the world’s top brands to hear their stories on how they work to keep their customers engaged and how they are driving brand loyalty and growth.
Last but not least, Adobe always gives us a peek into the future during their ‘sneaks’ on the main stage. Here, some of their clever developers show us the awesome things they are working on in their R&D lab. Some of them will be real game-changers and of course included in their products. This session also gives you a feeling of how technology will change and power up our ability to serve our Adobe customers in the future.
