Grand One is the oldest and most appreciated digital design competition in Finland. Now we are very happy to announce that Nordic Morning was shortlisted for the Best Growth Marketing Campaign in Grand One 2020, together with TBWA\Helsinki, Avenla & Aller for the work we have been doing for our client Vepsäläinen.

The goal was clear - to grow vepsalainen.com into the most successful interior and design furniture store in Finland.

Together all the partners and Vepsäläinen created a holistic process starting with crystallising the brand story and moving forward to the ongoing optimization of the ecommerce.

The actions included:

  • shifting the focus of the media menu to digital media,
  • streamlining internal processes and product management
  • and improving data-driven e-commerce usability.

  • Conversion rate +34 %
  • Average Purchase +30 %

Essential factors for success were the renewed marketing processes, the building of a cohesive culture and new operating models, where e-commerce and marketing were developed side by side.
